Fall 2012 Conference Classes with Alma Laidlaw

Alma Laidlaw, owner of Sew Fancy, has a degree in clothing and textiles, an extensive knowledge of threads and stitching techniques and taught high school for 30 years. She is a licensed Martha Pullen heirloom instructor and her Sashiko design has been published in A Needle Pulling Thread magazine. Alma believes that needlework should be fun and that ‘mistakes’ are just little challenges along the way… sometimes even resulting in something more interesting than the original project. www.sewfancy.com
