Fall 2012 Conference Classes with Diane Randall

Diane Randall is a retired high school teacher. She attended Concordia University, York University, and the University of British Columbia and achieved degrees in business, education, arts and psychology. As a young woman she took art classes at Sir Thomas Moore Institute.

Coming from an artistic family she learned to do needlework at the age of 9. Swedish weaving is among the many different needle art skills along with jewellery making that she learned from her mother. Arts and crafts have always been her passion.

Diane is presently course director at the Markham Guild of Village Crafts where she teaches both Swedish weaving and jewellery making.
