The tunic can also easily become a jacket by slashing it down the front and adding a band and pockets. Kit $20 – $40. Recycle, Reuse, Repurpose

MacPhee, Linda - Recycle, Reuse, Repurpose_700x561Linda has been busy with ongoing creative repurposing of fabric and garments. Discover how sweaters evolve into amazing jackets, mitts, slippers, hats and more. Jeans turn into any number of things that include quilts, wall decor, jackets and vests. Jewellery can be fashioned from lots of things and even plastic bags can become fashion garments, shirts and fine aprons. The list goes on, as Linda ventures into home dec with cushions, hanging fanciful birds, wall art, and other ‘off the wall’ ideas. It’s inspiration overload that will have you digging through your closets for old treasures that can become new again!
