1. All classes, special events and exhibit halls are at the...
Metro Toronto Convention Centre (MTCC), South Building, 222 Bremner Blvd, Toronto, ON Canada.
600 Level - Class registration, ticket booths, Shoppers Drug Mart exchange counter.
700 Level - Classrooms, special events & VIP lounge
800 Level - More classrooms, exhibit halls & food courts

2. If registering for classes complete one form for each person. Include 2nd choices to avoid processing delays and disappointment from sold out classes!

3. Daily class schedules and class worksheet (on reverse of order form) provided to help avoid time conflicts.

4. Passes are intended for one individual and may not be shared. Pass selections are final, no changes or additions.

5. Class codes indicate the cost and count for pass calculations. In the event that the total hours exceed your pass entitlement, additional fees apply.

6. Pay in full by Visa, MasterCard, cheque or money order payable to Creativ Festival. $35 fee applies to NSF cheques.

7. If a calculation error is made on the Advance Registration form you agree to allow the Festival to process the correct amount on your credit card.

8. Registrations are processed on a first-come basis as received.

9. For hands-on sewing and serging classes you may wish to arrive 15 minutes before class to familiarize yourself with the machine features.

10. Bring to all hands-on classes basic supplies as indicated under the section heading and additional items listed at the end of the class description. Also, wear appropriate clothing to painting, dyeing and claywork classes.

11. Supply lists, homework instructions and order forms (if indicated) will be mailed with your registration confirmation.

12. Kit fees include taxes, costs for supplies and sometimes preparation time. On arrival pay the instructor in Canadian dollars. Exact change is appreciated. If no fee is indicated, supplies have been donated.

13. Check your registration form upon receipt and report any errors or omissions immediately, as delays will minimize the ability to accommodate the correction.

14. Ticket orders and class registrations received after Friday, October 12th will be confirmed by phone or email and held for pick up at the "Advance Ticket Booth" on the 600 Level of the MTCC, South Building.

15. Monday, October 22nd - last day to order group tickets & passes (Gold VIP, Silver and Bronze).

16. Buy exhibit hall tickets and register for classes (subject to availability) at the on-site rate on the 600 level, MTCC South Building.

17. The Festival reserves the right to provide a substitute instructor if necessary.

18. Class and show floor activity topics and times are subject to change.

19. Babies, toddlers and children under 12 (not registered) are not allowed in the classes.

20. No cameras or recording devices are allowed in classrooms or the exhibit hall.

21. No food allowed in the classrooms, only bottled water.

22. In consideration of others, turn off cell phones and pagers in classrooms.

23. All class selections, registrations and ticket sales are final. No exchanges or refunds. We are not responsible for lost, forgotten or unused tickets.
