rules and regulations
Read carefully. We regard your registration and/or ticket
order as agreement to the following terms.

1) Exhibits & classes are at the Metro Toronto Convention Centre (MTCC), South Building, 222 Bremner Blvd., Toronto, ON Canada.
600 Level - Ticket booths
700 Level - Classrooms, food & VIP lounge
800 Level - Class registration, e-ticket counter, more classrooms, exhibit hall and food concessions.

To register for classes call, fax, email or mail one form for each person. Include 2nd choices to avoid processing delays and disappointment from sold out classes.

3) Daily class schedules and class worksheet (reverse of order form) provided to help avoid time conflicts. Overlapping class times are not permitted in passes.

4) Passes are intended for one individual and may not be shared.

5) Workshops & seminars (part of pass) must be selected when registering. An administration fee applies to changes or additions.

6) Present your original registration form to get into workshops and seminars.

7) Class codes indicate the cost and hour count for pass calculations. In the event that the total hours exceed your pass entitlement, an additional fee applies.

8) Pay in full by Visa, MasterCard, cheque or money order payable to Creativ Festival. A $35.00 fee applies to NSF cheques.

9) If a calculation error is made on the Advance Order form, you agree to allow the Festival to process the correct amount on your credit card.

10) Registrations processed and confirmed by email on a first-come basis starting Aug 1, 2013.

11) For hands-on machine classes you may wish to arrive 15 minutes before the class to familiarize yourself with the machine features.

12) Bring to all hands-on workshops basic supplies listed at the beginning of each section, at the end of the class description and on your supply list.

13) Supply lists and order forms (if applicable) will be emailed with your registration.
14) Kit fees include taxes, costs for supplies and sometimes preparation time. Pay the instructor in Canadian dollars before the class starts. Exact change is appreciated. If no fee is indicated, supplies have been donated..

15) Check your registration form when received by email and report any errors or omissions immediately.

16) Bring your registration form to class for admission.

17) Friday, October 18th is the last day to order group tickets and conference passes.

18) Buy exhibit hall tickets (600 level) and register for classes (800 level, room 809) at the onsite rates.

19) The Festival reserves the right to provide
a substitute instructor if necessary.

20) Class project colourways may vary from photos.

21) Class locations may change as well as show floor topics and times.

22) Children under 12 (not registered), babies and toddlers are not allowed in conference workshops and seminars.

23) No cameras or recording devices are allowed in classrooms or the exhibit hall.

24) No food or beverages, other than bottled water, allowed in the classrooms.

25) In consideration of others, please turn off cell phones in classrooms.

26) All class selections, registrations
and ticket sales are final. No exchanges
or refunds.
We are not responsible for lost, forgotten or unused tickets.

27) All prices are in Canadian Dollars.

New: Registration forms, supply lists and tickets confirmed by email will not be mailed. Pick up admission tickets and conference passes at Class Registration (room 809) on the 800 level.
