Colourwash or watercolour is a fascinating method that is as much like painting as it is quilting! Maggie considers it fundamental to understanding how to use fabrics effectively in quilt designs. We’ll start with colour theory and work on paper to play with value. Then manipulate 2″ fabric squares to create a small wall hanging. Pre-requisite: Basic machine sewing skills required to finish your piece at home, as no sewing will be done in class. Supply List
